Didn’t get to all the sessions you wanted? Want to look something up later? Full Conference Proceedings including poster submissions and workshops are now available on CD for $10.00 each. We also have a limited quantity of CD's from the 2007, 2008, and 2009 conference as well. Older versions are priced at $5.00.

All pricing includes mail delivery.
