Register and Pay Online
(Credit card required; a confirmation will be automatically emailed to you; Badges will be available for pick-up at the Registration desk).
Register by Mail
1. Download a pdf version the registration form and fill out the form on your computer.
2. Mail the completed form including credit card information or cheque (make payable to OFVC Inc.) to: OFVC, 104-155 Main St East, Suite 135, Grimsby, ON L3M 1P2
3. Pick-up your registration badge when you arrive at the convention.
Register by Email or Fax
Note: To register by email or fax, you must pay by credit card.

Preregistration closes on February 15, 2012. After this date, you can only register on site at the convention. On site registration does NOT include admission to the Farmer & Friends Reception. For those planning on registering on site, we recommend that you download the pdf version of the Registration form and bring the completed form to the Registration desk.
Refund Policy
OFVC will gladly provide a full refund for all registrations purchased up until 14 days before the show. Refund requests within 14 days of the event are subject to a $20 administration fee. All refunds will be made utilizing the initial method of payment (ie. If you paid by VISA you will receive a VISA refund). To request a refund, please send an email to Glenna Cairnie at glenna@ofvc.ca and include the reason why you are requesting it. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
