Parking

OFVC provides FREE parking at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Vehicles parked illegally will be subject to penalty as per posted signs by the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Please note there is no parking in the Loading Dock area. Overflow parking is available off-site should the convention centre parking lot become full. Please follow parking lot attendant's directions. A complimentary shuttle service is provided from the overflow parking area to the convention centre.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided between the Niagara Falls Convention Centre, the Embassy Suites Fallsview Hotel, the Wyndham Fallsview Hotel and the overflow parking lot on Dunn St.

Refund Policy

OFVC registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable unless as noted below. OFVC will refund registrations purchased in the event of the inability to attend due to:

• In case of any act of government, which makes travel and/or attendance unrealistic, such as the introduction of a quarantine, lock downs etc.
• This refund policy does not include hotel, or travel reservations such as airfare, train or bus reservations made in order to attend OFVC. Each of these vendors would need to be contacted for cancellation separately and their cancellation policies would apply.

OFVC Inc., will provide a full refund for two day and sinle day all access registrations purchased up until 14 days before the show. Refund requests within 14 days of the event are subject to a $25 administration fee. To request a refund, please send an email to Glenna Cairnie at glenna@ofvc.ca and include the reason why you are requesting the refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows or weather. Trade show only registrations are non-refundable. Registrations originating from outside North America are final. The OFVC does not issue letters of invitation or assist with visa related matters.

Soliciting/Suitcasing

Soliciting/suitcasing at the OFVC is strictly prohibited. Suitcasing is when an organization or individual that is not exhibiting at the convention but walks the trade show floor as a paid attendee to conduct sales with exhibitors/attendees during show hours. We have heard from both attendees as well as exhibitors and sponsors that they are losing out on the show experience due to these practices. Please note that while all convention attendees are invited to the showcase, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business or distributing materials in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will result in expulsion from the Show and forfeiture of show badge and monies paid. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management.

Photography and Video

OFVC reserves the right to take photographs and video footage of our convention for our own records, publicity and promotional purposes. In consideration of admission to the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention, the attendee or exhibitor hereby gives permission in perpetuity to reproduce, copy, publish, or otherwise use his/her likeness and/or voice, whether in electronic or print media, as taken from the event or any material based upon or derived there from, or to refrain from so doing, in whole or in part, throughout the world. Professional videography by attendees and exhibitors is not permitted unless it is pre-authorized by OFVC.

Harassment and Discrimination

We are committed to providing a safe space for all attendees. Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Convention and will result in immediate removal from the convention centre and a permanent ban from all future OFVC conventions. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses any acts of harassment or discrimination to report it to the OFVC Show Office in the registration area.

Hotel Room Scams
OFVC does not use hotel booking businesses. Please make all hotel bookings by contacting the official convention hotel directly using the information posted on our website. There is a chance that you may receive an email or phone call that offers you cut rate hotel rooms for our convention. The spammer's intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of OFVC. These companies are NOT representatives of OFVC.
